Sales Rep: Property Maintenance
ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TOWARDS: us.hiring@micro-agi.com
About Us
MicroAGI is an AI lab pioneering the next generation of robotics. We partner with businesses, paying their teams to film the real-world tasks that teach robots how to operate. In March 2026, we paid out $5M+ to 10k+ operators in 12+ countries. As one of Europe's premier robotics startups, we have partnerships with $1T+ tech firms, and are expanding heavily in the United States.
The Role
Help us bring robots closer to the real world. We're looking for a sales rep to build partnerships with handyman and property maintenance businesses across the U.S. The target list includes general contractors, handyman services, property maintenance companies, turnover and make-ready crews, and facility management companies. The job is finding the right operators, getting in front of business owners, property managers, and maintenance supervisors, and onboarding partners whose handymen, maintenance techs, make-ready crews, and facility workers do the kind of varied, hands-on physical work that produces valuable robotics training data. This role will directly shape how MicroAGI expands into the property maintenance and facility services industry.
What You'll Do
- Scout and qualify B2B leads across the property maintenance and handyman sector, including handyman service companies, residential and commercial property maintenance firms, apartment turnover and make-ready crews, facility management companies, building maintenance departments, multi-family property maintenance teams, HOA maintenance providers, vacation rental turnover services, office building janitorial and maintenance contractors, and general repair and fix-it companies
- Run outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold email, cold calling, and in-person visits targeting handyman business owners, property management companies, facility directors, maintenance supervisors, and building operations managers
- Build and maintain relationships with handyman company owners, property management firms, maintenance directors, building superintendents, HOA board contacts, and referral contacts across the property services industry
- Take calls, run meetings, and handle end-to-end onboarding of new property maintenance partners and data collection participants
- Coordinate headset logistics and participant operations across partner job sites, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and maintenance workshops
- Keep the CRM tight by tracking pipeline activity across handyman, property maintenance, facility management, and make-ready leads, flagging opportunities, and helping build the sales playbook for the property services vertical
- Get out in the field with flyers at hardware stores, property management conferences, apartment association events, and facility maintenance trade shows, and represent Shift at property management and building operations industry events
What You'll Need
- No hesitation around cold outreach, whether that's phone calls, emails, DMs, or walking into a property management office and starting a conversation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining something new to people who haven't heard of it before
- Self-directed and organized, comfortable working without being micromanaged
- Interest in AI, robotics, property technology, smart buildings, or the future of work is a plus but not required
- Experience with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or Apollo is helpful, but willingness to learn is enough
- Familiarity with handyman services, property maintenance, apartment turnovers, facility management, building operations, or the property services industry is a bonus
