RED BANK SHOWROOM JR SALES REP/SHOWROOM SUPPORT

Nemo Tile + Stone is looking for a Jr Sales/Support Associate in our Red Bank, NJ Showroom!

Nemo Tile + Stone is searching for a high energy individual who is excited about making an impact from day one! As a Showroom Support Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experience to our customers while supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in tile and stone or customer service experience, but willingness to learn is most important.

· Help grow Sales in our Red Bank Showroom

· Increase sales by developing relationships with new customers

· Professionally greet customers in person and on the phone

· Handle customer inquiries on pricing/availability and delivery status

· Greet and assist customers when Sales Reps are assisting others

· Support sales of tile and related products to exceed customer expectations

· Manage sample area, sample log and assist in getting samples for customers

· Learn Nemo products to best assist sales staff and customers with intention to sell

· Learn Epicor POS system to answer customer inquiries and write sales orders

· Follow up with customers on leads, quotes, and orders

· Liaison with Warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries

· Assist with customer pick-ups of tile, building materials and grout; must be able to lift 25-40lbs and assist customers to cars

· Assist with inventory counts as needed

· Weekend Availability (Alternate Sat/Sun)

· Other duties as assigned

· High School diploma or GED, Design or Sales experience a plus

Showroom Maintenance

· Ensure that boards and samples are put away throughout the day and at end of day. Put out Nemo street sign each day. Sweep or mop flooring when needed.

· Sample dept - maintain stock of all samples by continually checking that drawers and shelves are fully stocked. Order samples as new collections are introduced and remove samples when discontinued. Put away loose samples in the ‘return’ bin. Replenish supplies in ‘kitchenette’ and bathrooms regularly.

· Back room - greet Nemo driver on Tuesdays to check in and organize deliveries, notify customers to pick up, assist customers with pick-ups. Ensure that area is maintained and orderly.
