AGRICULTURAL LOGISTICS AND MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Maywood Farms is looking for a motivated, dependable, individual qualified to assist with fig harvest in Corning California. Preference will be given to an individual with experience and knowledge of farm equipment and irrigation maintenance. This position may lead to permanent employment.

Additionally, experience using a forklift and electric pallet jack but we are willing to train in either or both of these skills.

The hired individual will work with staff, fig buyers, and trucking companies to 

assist with orders, schedule trucks for pick-up and delivery of figs and load trucks.

College courses in agriculture business or mechanics and Spanish speaker is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a driver’s license.
  • Must work flexible hours and days.
  • Must lift, move or push/pull50Lb.

 

The position starts on July 13, 2026, and ends sometime in late October. Work hours and days prior to the start of harvest will be 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. Then, once harvest begins, hours will be 9am to 5:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
