About the Role

This is a residential, operations-focused internship supporting the day-to-day logistics of an international summer program for international students. You’ll work closely with the management team across academics, activities, and student services to keep the program running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Operations: Maintain student records, prepare rosters, contact students, and support daily administrative needs
  • Academic Support: Coordinate materials, assist with classroom logistics, and support the ESL team
  • Excursion Logistics: Help book tickets, organize transportation, and manage departure coordination
  • Student Services: Assist with arrivals/departures to welcome students, housing coordination, bus pick-ups, and student supervision
  • Meals & Logistics: Coordinate food orders, track inventory, and liaise with dining services
  • General Administration: Respond to emails, update databases, manage supplies, and support program setup/close-down

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. university
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, residential environment
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and keep a flexible schedule to fit the camp needs.

Compensation & Perks
