About the Role

The Healthcare Sales / Outreach Specialist plays a critical role on the Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment (MOE) team. This position is responsible for driving enrollment success by building strong community relationships, generating high‑quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the PACE (Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute community outreach and engagement activities
  • Build partnerships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, churches, food banks, and community organizations
  • Identify and generate qualified referral opportunities leading to enrollments
  • Educate community referral sources on services and PACE program benefits
  • Develop and implement monthly marketing plans with the MOE Director
  • Achieve monthly enrollment goals through consistent outreach efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience
  • Healthcare or senior care experience preferred
  • Outside sales or community outreach experience strongly preferred
  • Completion of DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire
  • Experience using CRM or healthcare systems (Salesforce, Athena, etc.)
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and community engagement skills
