Co-Lead Preschool Teacher
Job Description:
We are seeking a Co-Lead Teacher for our preschool program, specifically working with 3 and 4 year olds. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young preschoolers and have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and a CDA certification.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for 3 year olds
- Collaborate with co-lead teacher to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Assist in assessing children's development and progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
- Guide and supervise college students
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young preschoolers
- Bachelor's Degree required (or near completion)
- CDA certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
