Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Required:

  • Doctorate degree
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Pediatrics
  • Pediatric Care
  • Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of California (CA)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional (CCRP)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for pediatric patients across outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing advanced medical imaging and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document patient information accurately.
  • Develop personalized care plans, including immunizations, health coaching, and preventive strategies aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex cases involving pediatric neuropsychology, cardiology, endocrinology, or neonatology to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage urgent pediatric cases in triage settings or emergency rooms, applying airway management skills and acute pain management techniques as needed.
  • Educate families on child health, growth milestones, nutrition, behavioral health, and family planning to promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at advancing pediatric healthcare standards.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice pediatrics.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics with active state medical license.
  • Proven experience in outpatient clinics, hospital medicine, or Level I/II trauma center environments.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for efficient documentation and patient management.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, medical terminology, and clinical evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with specialized procedures including suturing, IV infusion, neonatal ventilator management, and basic life support certification.
  • Familiarity with pediatric subspecialties such as neonatology, pediatric cardiology, gastroenterology, or critical care is highly desirable.
