Job Overview 

We are building a modern, AI-enabled growth engine that connects business development, capture, program delivery, and innovation. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will help design and execute digital strategies that increase brand visibility, strengthen positioning, and support the generation of qualified opportunities. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Support the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key accounts.  

Create and manage content for digital platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram, aligned to brand and growth goals.  

Assist in shaping brand positioning by translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.  

Optimize digital presence across platforms to improve visibility, engagement, and consistency.  

Leverage AI tools to support content creation, campaign execution, and marketing strategy.  

Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements. 

What You’ll Learn:

Qualifications: 

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field  

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills  

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, or social media management tools  

Interest in branding, growth strategy, and digital marketing  

Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset 

 

Success in This Role: 

Increased engagement and visibility across digital platforms  

Clear, consistent, and compelling brand messaging  

Content that directly supports business development and capture efforts  

Measurable growth in audience, reach, and interaction  

Marketing assets actively used by business development teams 

 

This is an 8-week, summer internship opportunity. 

Candidates need to be able to work at least 32 hours per week.

The hourly pay range for this internship is $18–$25 per hour. This range represents the expected compensation for this role; actual pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, and business needs.
