Graphic Design Intern
Overview:
TUF Sports Apparel is building out its initial team as we prepare for our official launch. We are looking for highly motivated and creative individuals to join our Design & Mockup Pod as part of our Summer Internship Program.
This is a remote, performance-based internship focused on real-world execution — not busy work.
Program Details:
- Program: TUF Summer Internship Program
- Dates: May 1st – September 1st
- Location: Remote
- Structure: Task-based (not hourly)
- Team: Design & Mockup Pod (managed via Trello)
- Compensation: Unpaid (with opportunity to participate in commission-based sales support)
Role Mission:
Support the sales team by producing high-quality, fast-turnaround uniform mockups that help convert prospects into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create custom uniform mockups based on team specifications
- Work within brand guidelines and templates
- Deliver mockups within 24–48 hour turnaround
- Maintain organized design files and assets
- Collaborate with sales and social teams on visual content
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and independently
- Interest in sports, apparel, or branding
- Portfolio or examples of past work preferred
