Client Services Representative/Bank Teller

  • Minimum 2 years of Teller and customer service experience in banking. 
  • Knowledge of account servicing and teller systems. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • This role involves handling financial transactions, opening and servicing accounts while providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. 
  • Key Responsibilities include processing of deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers. Open and maintain customer accounts. Follow teller procedures and ensure transaction accuracy. Balance cash drawers and follow security protocols. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
