What You’ll Do

• Lead apartment tours and help prospective residents find their new home
• Build relationships with customers from first inquiry through move‑in
• Learn how to follow up with leads, close leases, and earn commissions
• Work with your team to prepare apartments and community spaces for tours
• Support resident events and help create a welcoming community experience
• Assist with marketing, online listings, and market research
• Use property management and CRM systems — no experience required, we train

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to work weekends (flex scheduling)
• Previous customer service or internship experience is a plus — not required

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $23.00–$25.00 (based on experience)
• Overtime eligible
