2026 GEP Summer Mentorship Program
GEP is hosting our annual Summer Mentorship Program for high-potential students interested in Consulting.
Through this program, students will have the opportunity to be paired up with a GEP Consultant to learn more about Consulting and GEP, while preparing for the upcoming fall Consulting recruitment season. This program will run throughout the summer and into the fall, when your GEP buddy will be able to guide you through the recruitment process.
As a member of the Mentorship Program, you can expect the following:
- Increased exposure and insight into the Consulting industry and a potential career at GEP
- 1 Resume review
- 2 mock case interviews
- 1 mock behavioral interview
This program is a spectacular opportunity for you to prepare yourself for recruitment, learn about the industry, and set yourself apart from other candidates as the fall recruitment season approaches.
Program Requirements:
- Rising juniors and seniors (graduating in 2027 and 2028)
- Proven academic excellence with a GPA of 3.3 or above
- Demonstrated excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Adept in communication including presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong academic, extracurricular, or work experience in business, or relevant industry areas is preferred
- Highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously
