Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Operations Associate (OA) at Finder Relays USA located in Suwanee, GA. The OA will be responsible for working with the Operations Team to ensure order flow and Customer satisfaction .
Some responsibilities of a Operations Associate include:
- Order Management: Order entry, confirmation and managing records.
- Logistics & Inventory: Tracking inventory levels, receiving stock, and processing shipments.
- Administration: Handling clerical tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing records.
- Financial Support: Processing invoices
- Process Improvement: Analyzing data to streamline operational workflows and implementing new procedures.
- Support: Providing administrative support to the operations manager and liaising between departments
Qualifications
- Highly detailed and accurate work ethic is essential for this role
- Ability to identify potential new customers and develop relationships with existing customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the electromechanical or electronic components industry is a plus
