Full-Time | Outpatient Ortho & Sports | No Double Booking | New Grads Welcome | 1:1 Care

We’re a PT-owned orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in El Segundo (South Bay, minutes from the beach) looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team.

What makes us different

  • 1:1 patient care only (no triple booking, experienced aides to assist you)
  • 45–60 minute EVAL visits so you can actually have time to document/give HEP/develop rapport with the patient
  • Typical caseload: ~12-16 patients/day
  • Structured mentorship for new/recent grads (weekly guidance + case discussion)
  • AI-powered documentation → cuts down on charting time in 1/2 + AVOID BURNOUT
  • 18-year established clinic with strong physician + community referrals
  • Very low staff turnover

Mentorship & Growth

You won’t be thrown into the deep end.

  • Weekly mentorship + case review
  • Exposure to a wide range of ortho + post-op cases
  • Optional experience with pediatrics and TMJ cases
  • Advanced techniques: BFR, Graston, Shockwave, Class IV Laser, TRX, advanced manipulation techniques

Compensation & Benefits

  • $97,000 – $115,000 salary
  • Sign-on bonus
  • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO)
  • Continuuing education $$ allowance
  • Profit sharing opportunities (shockwave + laser)
  • Clinical Instructor Stipend: Earn an extra $10/hour when you take a student
