Events Partnerships Lead
ROLE OVERVIEW: The Events Partnerships Lead will drive revenue growth through strategic event partnerships. This is a sales-forward role blended with relationship building. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound opportunities, proactively targeting new key events, helping to negotiate agreements that expand brand visibility while meeting margin targets. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and naturally personable, equally comfortable in a spreadsheet as they are representing the brand at an in-person activation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, pitch, and close event partnership opportunities aligned with brand, revenue, and margin goals.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contracting and product delivery. Other teams will support you but it is important to ensure your deals are flowing through on time, in full.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, logistics, operations, finance) to execute event partnerships flawlessly.
• Communicate clearly on timelines and deliverables. • Provide accurate product forecasts to the supply chain team for committed events.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Help negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables with event organizers and partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the brand at select events (a few times per year), ensuring an engaging, on-brand presence.
• Track performance of partnerships and optimize future deals based on learnings.
EXPERIENCE & EXPECTATIONS
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or a related field.
• Highly personable and comfortable interacting with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and represent the brand on-site (a handful of times per year).
• Experience in events, CPG, or brand partnerships is a plus, but not required.
