As a Business Analyst, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship designed to develop you into a trusted consultant. You will work closely with our experienced team to support hospitals and healthcare systems across the U.S. in navigating complex Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement regulations.
What You'll Do:
In your first two years, you will gain hands-on experience with key areas of healthcare reimbursement, including but not limited to:
- Medicare/Medi-Cal Cost Reports
- HCAI Annual Hospital Financial Disclosure Report
- California supplemental funding reports
- Outsourced reimbursement support
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning government reporting and compliance requirements
- Validating and analyzing detailed financial and statistical data
- Preparing impact analyses to support internal consultants and client decisions
- Identifying and investigating data anomalies in large datasets
- Supporting multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business, finance, accounting, economics, or math-related field
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data work
- Effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data tools (Business Intelligence tools a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexibility to work additional hours during seasonal deadlines
