Business Development Representative

K&R Plastics, a 35-year-old plastic film and sheet distributor in Austin, is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive new account growth. You'll partner day-to-day with a senior sales rep — researching target accounts, running outbound email and call campaigns, qualifying leads, and handing warm opportunities to someone sitting next to you who's actively selling. We're looking for a recent grad or someone with 0–3 years of experience who writes well, isn't afraid of the phone, is genuinely curious, and is already comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to work smarter.
