Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow sales within the Wood Dale, Illinois region. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with experience in hard surfaces, quartz, bath & kitchen products, or related industries who thrives on building customer relationships, expanding market share, and exceeding sales goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Own and manage overall sales performance within the assigned territory
  • Present and sell Bath & Kitchen products and services to current and prospective customers
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities
  • Prepare action plans, target lists, and call schedules to maximize territory coverage
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activity
  • Be accountable for territory goals and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Gather competitive and market intelligence and report findings to leadership
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates and activity reporting
  • Communicate weekly highlights, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, forecasts, and sales materials as needed

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven Sales experience in hard surfaces, quartz, or a closely related industry
  • Demonstrated success in territory management and account development
  • Experience working with fabricators, kitchen dealers, remodelers, or installers preferred
  • Proven ability to execute strategic sales plans and consistently achieve sales goals

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
