Babbitts Sports Center Marketing Assistant

 Position Summary 

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms and in-store experiences. This role blends video editing, social media management, and hands-on marketing/merchandising support to drive engagement and showcase Babbitt’s personality. If you’re organized, outgoing, and eager to learn, this is your chance to make an impact. This is a fully onsite role.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content using CapCut and Premiere Pro (or willing to learn)
  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, customer highlights, and showroom events for social media
  • Support email campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain brand consistency across signage, graphics, and digital assets
  • Stay on task and manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
  • Research and learn new tools or platforms to improve content quality and workflow
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to gather content and promote dealership culture
  • Assist with showroom displays, event prep, and branded merchandise coordination
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to boost reach and visibility

 Qualifications

  • Experience with CapCut and/or Premiere Pro preferred (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, and YouTube Studio
  • Excellent computer proficiency (PC/Mac/Mobile)
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI fundamentals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for creative marketing
  • Able to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable learning new software and adapting to changing trends
  • Marketing degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
