Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms and in-store experiences. This role blends video editing, social media management, and hands-on marketing/merchandising support to drive engagement and showcase Babbitt’s personality. If you’re organized, outgoing, and eager to learn, this is your chance to make an impact. This is a fully onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content using CapCut and Premiere Pro (or willing to learn)
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, customer highlights, and showroom events for social media
- Support email campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Help maintain brand consistency across signage, graphics, and digital assets
- Stay on task and manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
- Research and learn new tools or platforms to improve content quality and workflow
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to gather content and promote dealership culture
- Assist with showroom displays, event prep, and branded merchandise coordination
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to boost reach and visibility
Qualifications
- Experience with CapCut and/or Premiere Pro preferred (or strong willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, and YouTube Studio
- Excellent computer proficiency (PC/Mac/Mobile)
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for creative marketing
- Able to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable learning new software and adapting to changing trends
- Marketing degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
