We are seeking a repair technician for our branch based in the Boston area, Massachusetts. No experience in foundation crack repair is necessary, though familiarity with concrete or foundation related work is a bonus.
What You’ll Do:
After your paid training, we will give you a company vehicle, that you’ll be responsible for and drive to job sites from your home, working independently on concrete crack repairs. This involves speaking directly with customers on your arrival, explaining the process to them, then repairing the issue! A variety of power tools will be used to fill and seal cracks, resurface concrete, etc.
This Role Requires (must-haves):
- A clean driving record, and willingness to drive to residential or commercial properties within ~100 miles of Boston (CDL not required).
- Handiness and precision with power tools and ability to lift at least fifty pounds. Mobility is also needed, because some crouching and kneeling will be required.
- Self motivation and reliability, an individual who can show up on time and require minimal oversight.
- A friendly, personable demeanor with clients and willingness to address concerns and questions that may come up while onsite.
- Desire to stay and grow within a small company.
Bonus Points (nice-to-haves)
- Familiarity with concrete pouring, waterproofing, or related work.
- Background in construction.
- Connections to Boston real estate, property management, or home inspection industry.
