Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support our growing brand. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, branding, and digital marketing, with an interest in gaining hands-on experience in sales strategy, content creation, and customer engagement.
Marketing & Branding
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, captions, and graphics
- Support influencer outreach and partnership coordination
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new campaign ideas
- Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Sales Support
- Assist with lead generation and outreach to salons, stylists, and potential partners
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups
- Track sales data and help analyze performance metrics
- Contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies
E-commerce & Customer Experience
- Assist in updating website content and product listings
- Help manage promotions, discounts, and product launches
- Support customer service efforts (responding to inquiries, feedback, etc.)
- Gather and analyze customer insights to improve experience
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in beauty, fashion, or hair industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships
- Knowledge of Wix or other e-commerce platforms
- Basic photography or videography skills
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Omnisend, Wix, etc.)
