  • Handle a steady volume of patient-facing outreach each day
  • Document patient touchpoints and maintain accurate records in our care coordination systems
  • Explain our program and insurance coverage clearly and compassionately
  • Navigate patient concerns with empathy and clinical sensitivity
  • Coordinate closely with our registered dietitian care team for smooth patient handoff
  • Gain exposure to telehealth workflows, eating disorder care pathways, and insurance navigation in a real clinical environment

What We're Looking For

  • Interest or background in healthcare, pre-med, nursing, public health, nutrition, or a related field is a strong plus
  • Experience in a patient-facing or phone-based role (healthcare, clinical intake, enrollment, medical office, call center, admissions, etc.)
  • Strong communicator with warm, confident, and empathetic energy
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive — you follow up without being asked
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and care scripts
  • Available across morning, afternoon, or evening shifts (some weekend availability is a bonus)

Compensation

  • Competitive base pay
  • Performance-based commission incentives
  • Total compensation increases meaningfully with strong results

  • Mission-driven work in eating disorder care and nutrition access — a compelling area for personal statements and interviews
  • Supportive team with clear, structured processes
  • Fast-moving startup with room to grow into clinical operations, patient success, or care coordination roles
