Outside Operations Associate
We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented individual to join our Outside Operations staff. This is a full-time, seasonal position supporting the daily golf operation with a focus on member service, course readiness, and facility upkeep. You will report directly to the Outside Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members and guests at the bag drop; transport and store golf clubs with care
- Stage, clean, and maintain golf carts before and after play
- Manage the bag storage room, ensuring organization and proper handling of member equipment
- Keep outside areas clean and presentable, including cart staging, pathways, and entryways
- Provide friendly, attentive service and assist members with any on-course or facility needs
- Support the golf shop and clubhouse with additional tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Prior experience in golf, hospitality, or a country club setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays is required
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (golf bags, equipment, supplies)
