Professional Organizer Team Assistant

The Team Assistant supports the successful execution of on-site organization and relocation projects. Your goal is to provide "extra sets of hands" that are fast, focused, and meticulous. You help transform chaotic spaces into curated homes by following the Lock and Key systems for sorting, purging, and styling.

Responsibilities

On-Site Execution & Sorting

• Assist the Team Lead in categorizing and sorting client belongings (purging, "keep/toss/donate" piles)
• Efficiently unbox and unpack items during relocation projects, ensuring packing materials are cleared away immediately to keep the job site tidy
• Implement the aesthetic standards of Lock and Key Home (straight lines, color-coding, and "labels-out" styling)
• Packing items carefully and thoughtfully. If in doubt, ask questions

Donation & Disposal Coordination

• Load and transport donation items to approved local partners
• Ensure all trash and recycling are removed from the client's home and disposed of properly

Team Support

• Assist in taking "Before and After" photos/videos for the marketing team

Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
• The "Eye": You have a natural knack for making things look neat and organized
• Professionalism: You will be working in high-end private homes; discretion, punctuality, and a polite demeanor are non-negotiable
• Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to get to various job sites
