Studio Host & Assistant – Nushi Art House

We are a boutique pottery and art studio looking for a reliable, high-quality team member to support daily operations and create a great customer experience.

This role is primarily front-of-house:

Greeting and guiding customers
Explaining the studio process (paint-your-own pottery, basic ceramics)
Helping guests choose pieces and activities
Keeping the studio clean, organized, and visually appealing
Supporting sessions and assisting guests when needed
Handling basic POS and customer flow

Important: This is not just a passive role. You should be comfortable talking to customers, guiding them, and making recommendations.

Requirements (Must Have)

Experience in ceramics, pottery and art/drawing
Comfortable helping others with basic creative processes
Good communication skills (you can explain and guide clearly)
Responsible and organized

Nice to Have

Customer service or sales experience
Experience working with kids and adults
Background in hospitality or studio environments

We are looking for someone calm, reliable, and proactive — not someone who waits to be told what to do.
