Field Operations Specialist

Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader, and our team is looking for an experienced Field Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between our production team, installers, and customers.

 

Pay & Perks:

  • Starting Pay: $28.00 per hour (DOE)

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Field Operations Specialist, you ensure every project meets company standards. Your day will be a mix of logistics, quality control, and customer relations.

  • Field Leadership: Provide direction to install teams, confirm specifications are followed, and perform walkthroughs with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Logistics & Warehouse: Pick up and deliver materials and assist with warehouse.
  • Hands-On Support: Make minor fence adjustments/repairs on-site and operate forklifts/machinery as needed.
  • Growth: Develop expertise in industry standards, products, and proprietary processes.

What You Bring to the Team 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer Service: Proven experience managing in-person customer interactions with a high level of professionalism.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors.
  • Clean Record: Valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
  • Trailer Skills: Comfortable driving and maneuvering a trailer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fencing industry.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Forklift certification.
  • Strong tech/computer skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or related field.
