Responsible for the complete set-up of the bar area, preparing, and mixing drinks for all guests and servers. Maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and control over bar product inventory. Must provide attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service to all guests, clients, etc. according to hotel standards.
