Marketing Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day marketing activities. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing, content creation, brand positioning and social media communications.

The candidate will assist in campaign execution, content development, and coordination across teams while gaining hands-on experience in go-to-market strategies, SEO, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and campaigns
  • Support execution of digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, and web
  • Help coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and business cards
  • Assist in developing content for the website, blogs, and social media channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets
  • Assist with basic SEO activities, including keyword research and content updates
  • Monitor website content and help implement improvements
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and the EV charging (CPO) industry
  • Identify potential influencers, partners, and industry analysts for collaboration
  • Work with Sales, Product, and IT teams to support marketing initiatives
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows and events
  • Track and report on assigned tasks and campaign activities
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with the Marketing Manager
  • Integrate new knowledge, skills, and best practices into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing)
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing or internships (preferred but not required)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Key Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
  • Willingness to learn SEO and digital marketing tools
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Be responsive, organized, and eager to learn
  • Adhere to standard working hours and report to work on time
  • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and responsibilities
