Job Summary: Arc Technologies Group is seeking a tech-savvy, experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our on-site team in Wichita, full-time. You will play a key role in managing our online presence, communications, and brand as we deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity, IT, OT solutions to clients in the life sciences industry. This role is ideal for an ambitious marketer who is eager to dive into SEO, content creation, digital campaigns, design, social media management, and more to help drive our marketing efforts and deliver measurable impact to our sales process. You will wear many marketing hats, handling activities across search engine optimization and technical content writing, digital campaign execution, graphic design, social media management, and sales outreach support. You’ll work on-site with a dynamic team to help translate complex technical topics into compelling marketing content that resonates with clients in life sciences. Key Responsibilities:
- SEO & Website Optimization: Improve our website’s search rankings by conducting keyword research, updating site content with SEO best practices, and monitoring web analytics.
- Content Creation & Technical Writing: Write and edit engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and website copy that communicate Arc’s technical services in an accessible way. Ensure all content is accurate and reflects our brand voice.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web) to generate leads and nurture client relationships. This includes scheduling and managing email marketing outreach sequences in HubSpot and tracking their performance.
- Social Media Management: Manage ATG’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms by creating, scheduling, and posting content that highlights our insights, press releases, and company culture. Respond to comments or inquiries and track engagement metrics.
- Graphic Design & Content Design: Design eye-catching marketing materials (social media graphics, infographics, simple video clips, slide decks, etc.) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and events – from idea brainstorming and audience targeting, to asset creation, launch, and post-campaign analysis. Work with team members to adjust tactics based on results.
- HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation: Use HubSpot to manage contact lists, build email campaigns, create landing pages, and monitor marketing funnels. Leverage marketing automation features to streamline outreach and improve lead nurturing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing KPIs (website traffic, SEO rankings, email open/click rates, social media followers/engagement, lead conversion rates). Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve our strategies.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, IT consultants, and leadership) to gather technical information for content, align on campaign goals, and ensure marketing efforts support business development. Provide general marketing support as needed, including event coordination, market research, updating contact databases, and handling day-to-day marketing administrative tasks.
- Brand Governance: Ensure all external communications and materials maintain a consistent tone, style, and adherence to Arc’s brand standards and cybersecurity-focused messaging.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (BSc/BA) degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in professional servicesFoundational understanding of marketing principles and eagerness to learn advanced concepts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, as well as Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and ideas for how to leverage them for brand building. Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices.
- Proficiency with common business and marketing tools. This includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, as well as exposure to marketing software like HubSpot (or similar CRM), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and handling light technical tasks (for example, updating a website via a content management system or troubleshooting an email formatting issue).
- Excellent project and time management abilities. Capable of balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail when executing campaigns, scheduling posts, and proofreading content.
- Eye for design and branding. Experience with basic graphic design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) to create content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Employees will be expected to commute up to 70 miles each way per day to various client sites if working at a long-term client facility. This is not a remote position
- BYOD is expected, employees will be required to use a cell phone for work purposes including the installation of work communication tools such as MS Teams or Outlook
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer.
- U.S. work visa sponsorship (such as TN, O-1, H-1B, etc.) is not available for this role now or in the future.
- Must be available to work on-site in Wichita, KS during standard business hours (roughly 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
- This position is not remote; reliable daily transportation to our Wichita office is required.
Experience with the follow items/areas are a plus but not required:
- Prior internship or work experience in a marketing or communications role (can be part-time, freelance, or project-based).
- Experience using HubSpot (or another CRM) to build email campaigns, workflows, or sales/marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with Google Business tools (Google My Business, Google Ads) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush or Moz).
- Graphic design abilities beyond the basics, such as photo editing, simple video editing, or designing print collateral.
- Knowledge of content management systems (especially WordPress) for updating website content.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, especially in technology, life sciences, or regulated industries.
- Any exposure to analytics and A/B testing (for example, running social media ad campaigns or email subject line tests).
- Marketing certifications (Google Analytics Individual Qualification, HubSpot Inbound Certification, etc.) are a plus.
