Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities, connect with prospective customers, and support ongoing marketing efforts. This position provides hands-on exposure to both the sales and technical aspects of the business, offering valuable learning opportunities for students interested in engineering, construction, or technical sales.

Job Description

· Make outbound cold calls to help schedule meetings and generate opportunities for the sales team

· Research and qualify project leads using subscription-based project tracking services

· Support sales team members with administrative or project-based tasks

· Collaborate on marketing and lead-generation initiatives as neededs.

· Support development, testing, and performance analysis of email journeys and targeted campaigns.

· Work with MarTech platforms (Pardot, Wistia, Sprinklr, Unbounce, SurveyMonkey) to manage assets and enhance campaign execution.

· Help organize campaign structures, build lists, support automation logic, and contribute to data clean-up initiatives.

· Conduct customer interaction and persona research to identify insights, pain points, and opportunities for improved digital experiences.

· Document workflows, platform usage, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing.
