Office Professional
Responsibilities
- Greet in-person clients, both scheduled and non-scheduled, as first point of contact
- Handle incoming telephone calls to Apeiro Wealth Group and respond to requests for information
- Manage office voicemail ensuring reasonable response within same or next business day
- Maintain calendars for Advisors, adjusting to scheduling needs on a weekly basis
- Track and update internal mailing lists, birthday cards and monthly calling lists
- Perform routine administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies and processing mail
- Assist in planning and inviting clients to events
- Complete and follow up on documents and applications to ensure processing
- Drive activity by scheduling meetings with clients and/or prospects on behalf of Advisors
- Update the contact management system with client/member contact and preference information
- Assist Financial Advisors in the preparation and follow up for the client/member meetings
- Provide back-up support on tasks that do not require any type of licensing or registration for other staff members, as needed
- Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of reception and conference room, including light cleaning and trash removal
- Complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- The Office Professional will support the team of Advisors in multiple facets of client engagement. They will be a primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in the financial services industry (licensing a plus)
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce
