Inside Sales Representatives

We are seeking motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, quick sales cycle environment. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Representatives consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend tailored advertising and marketing solutions, and drive revenue through strategic product utilization.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for advertising and marketing, and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and meet sales goals. Prior advertising sales experience is preferred but not required. Flexible and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive compensation structure including base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Base Salary: $35,500-$45,000

Primary Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with existing accounts.
  • Properly explain advertising rates and accurately quote pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Develop creative approaches to drive business.
  • Strategically work with customers to best utilize our broad range of products that meet their business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in the advertising sales industry and knowledge of ad design highly desired.
  • Proven success in a sales role is preferred but not required.
  • Established customer/ad agency relationships is a strong positive.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated and eager to meet sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
