Client Success Specialist

VisionAST is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to play a keyrole in supporting and expanding our rapidly growing client base in the automotive and powersports industries.

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of VisionAST software products and modules in order to conduct product presentations, train client users, and troubleshoot platform functionality.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and manage a pipeline of accounts in various onboarding stages with consistent follow-up communication.
  • Become proficient in the process of integrating the various technology systems utilized by our partners and dealer clients.
  • Provide ongoing client support from initial onboarding through long-term relationship management using an established follow-up process.
  • Utilize the CRM to manage and communicate with a high volume of client contacts via phone, video, text, and email.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What kind of individual are we looking for?

  • The ability to handle executive-level leadership clients. You need to learn to be comfortable presenting, on video, to executive-level leadership from the automotive and powersports industries and be able to respectfully and confidently provide information to their standards in a professional manner.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Excel. You don’t need to be a formula expert but you must be comfortable using it to organize information for analysis and build reports to present information.
  • Self-starter and strong organizational skills. We are a small team and the ability to hold yourself accountable is paramount.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude. The ability to stay solution-focused when challenges arise.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving, start-up-style environment, with a willingness to contribute to evolving processes and take on diverse responsibilities.

 

What does success look like?

  • This role is critical to ensuring clients successfully adopt the VisionAST platform, receive ongoing value from our technology, and identify opportunities to expand their use of the platform as their needs evolve.

 

Other Specifics:

  • Automotive or powersports industry experience preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
