Intake Coordinator/Psychometrist

We are seeking a motivated Intake Coordinator / Psychometrist to join our multidisciplinary mental health clinic. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in psychology who are interested in gaining hands-on clinical experience before pursuing graduate training in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, counseling, or related fields.

This position combines client-facing administrative work with clinical support, including assisting with neuropsychological testing under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

Responsibilities

Schedule client appointments and coordinate clinician calendars

Prepare and manage client intake paperwork

Respond to clinic communications (phone, email, fax)

Maintain organized and accurate client records

Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests under supervision

Provide administrative support to the clinic director and assist with daily clinic operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Professional demeanor and commitment to client confidentiality

Interest in pursuing graduate training in psychology or a related mental health field
