Executive Track – Business Operations & Leadership (High-Impact Role)

 

We are looking for someone who brings energy, solves problems, takes ownership, and moves things forward.

Location: Elk Mound, WI | Flexible to start (Internship / Part-Time / Full-Time)

Overview

  • This is not a typical internship or entry-level role.
  • You will work directly with ownership and management across multiple businesses.
  • You will be expected to learn fast, take initiative, and take ownership.
  • This is a leadership track role designed for someone who wants to run a business.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work directly with leadership on real business operations
  • Identify problems and implement solutions
  • Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
  • Be involved in marketing, product development, and growth
  • Help manage and improve systems across the company
