The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new qualified opportunities for their Sales Executive partners. This is an outbound sales role focused on the dental vertical in which the SDR prospects and cold calls/emails SMB dental practices to successfully position the value proposition and set meetings. This position provides a direct path to a full sales cycle role.
What You’ll Own
Outbound Strategy: Execute a high-velocity sales strategy to reach monthly demo targets.
KPI Management: Consistently achieve daily targets for call volume, dial time, and connections.
Lead Qualification: Qualify and book demos for inbound leads.
Tool Utilization: Leverage sales technology (such as Outreach and Nooks) to maximize efficiency and reach.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
SDR or Sales experience (or a strong, demonstrated interest in a sales career).
Proven experience selling over the phone and managing cold-calling workflows.
Excellent communication skills across both verbal and written channels.
A "go-getter" mentality: ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry for success.
Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Bonus Points:
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of in-store Point of Sale (POS) financing.
Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach/Salesloft).
Compensation & Benefits
How We Pay: Our client believes in fair and equitable compensation based on experience, location, and interview performance.
Hourly Rate: Targeting $26 to $28 per hour.
Commission: Uncapped commission structure.
Equity: This role includes company stock options.
