Role Description:
As an Intern/Seasonal Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our customers while supporting daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting and learn more about the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members
• Manage appointment scheduling and assist with office communications
• Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer requests
• Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable engaging in conversations that may lead to sales opportunities
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
