Speech Language Pathologist
Now hiring part time or full time speech pathologists to join our growing team! We have 3 early intervention day-treatment centers across Northwest Arkansas dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through engaging, evidence-based care.
We are seeking compassionate and motivated SLPs (new graduates in CFY welcome!) to provide high-quality, individualized therapy services to pediatric patients ages 6 weeks-6 years. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and fun environment.
Daily responsibilities to include:
- conduct speech, language, and feeding evaluations on new and existing patients
- develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- provide therapy for a variety of diagnoses (e.g., speech delays, language disorders, AAC needs, feeding challenges)
- collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- maintain accurate and timely documentation
- educate caregivers on strategies to support progress at home
