ABOUT THE ROLE

Triton Sensors is a privacy-first safety technology company helping schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial environments detect and respond to activity in private spaces.
 

We are not looking for someone who waits to be handed a task. We are looking for someone who brings ideas, takes initiative, and figures out how to execute them. This role is for someone who thinks creatively and want to understand how marketing drives lead, pipeline, and revenue
 

You will work directly with the Marketing Director on Campaign ideation, execution, and analysis. You will own projects, contribute your ideas, and work to build lead generating campaigns. This is a role that requires ownership and makes a real impact.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Campaign Ideation & Execution

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop creative campaign concepts across email, social, and all suitable channels
  • Take campaigns from idea to execution with support from the marketing director
  • Bring fresh thinking to how Triton reaches and engages its target audiences in K-12, healthcare, and commercial markets
  • Help identify new opportunities for campaigns, partnerships, or content plays based on what is happening in the market

 

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns including webinar invites, nurture sequences, and promotional sends
  • Own list segmentation, campaign setup, and post-send performance tracking in HubSpot
  • Develop and iterate on email templates and campaign frameworks that can be reused and scaled

 

HubSpot & CRM Operations

  • Manage HubSpot contact data including imports, list cleanup, and database organization
  • Set up and QA campaigns, forms, landing pages, and workflows within HubSpot
  • Help ensure CRM data stays clean, accurate, and useful for both marketing and sales

 

Lead Generation & Funnel

  • Research and build prospect lists to support outbound and campaign efforts
  • Monitor and improve landing page performance including CTAs, conversion flow, and tracking accuracy
  • Own lead attribution tracking and make sure campaigns are properly tagged and measured

 

LinkedIn & Social

  • Plan, draft, and publish LinkedIn content tied to campaigns, webinars, and company updates
  • Track engagement, identify what performs, and use those insights to inform future content
  • Help build a more consistent and intentional social presence for Triton

 

SEO & Analytics

  • Execute SEO tasks including keyword research, meta updates, and content tagging
  • Pull, organize, and interpret performance data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign and channel performance to help the team make better decisions

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing analytics
  • Some familiarity with HubSpot, email marketing platforms, or CRM tools is a plus (willingness to learn matters more)
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas, not just execute on someone else's
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to campaign setup, tracking, and QA
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to follow through on tasks without constant check-ins
  • Interest in SEO, paid media, or marketing analytics is a bonus
