Account Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conduct detailed policy reviews, and provide tailored recommendations to meet client needs. You will also manage the resolution of complex customer issues while leveraging your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and expand business opportunities
- Conduct thorough policy reviews with clients and provide expert recommendations based on their evolving needs
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotes, and renewals tailored to client requirements
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional insurance products
- Stay current with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards at all times

- Proficient with insurance management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
