IT Technician
We are a Las Vegas-based IT company looking to hire a Level 1 or Level 2 Technician with Help Desk experience for full-time employment in Southern Utah.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
The Help Desk Technician's role is to provide support, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware, software, application, and network issues and requests from clients in a timely manner.
Work closely with clients to solve issues, respond to requests, provide "how-to" training, and improve the use of clients' technology, computers, applications, and networks.
Respond to client requests and delivers proper solutions in a prompt and friendly manner.
Work to resolve technology issues while building trust with clients to create raving fans.
Restore services efficiently.
Provide incredible customer service.
Train client users to enhance technology use and skills.
You will work in the exciting and rapidly changing world of technology that impacts our lives every day.
Requirements:
Must know Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, and Mac OS.
Strong preference given to those with experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting hardware.
Full-time employees will be paid based on experience and skill level
