IIC Therapist

Darbouze LLC provides high-quality, strength-based, and culturally competent services to children, families, and individuals. We are seeking licensed therapists to deliver Intensive In-Community Service (IIC) to youth and families. IIC is a short-term, solution-focused intervention designed to address moderate to high emotional and behavioral challenges, delivered in the youth’s home or community. The goal is to support and stabilize youth and families, preventing the need for higher-intensity care and promoting skill-building, symptom management, and improved family dynamics.
