Extension Intern - Randolph, Rich County

Explore the breadth of Extension work while making a meaningful impact in Rich County. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting programs in 4-H youth development, agriculture and natural resources, and home and community education. Interns are expected to gain a well-rounded understanding of how research-based education supports individuals, families, and local systems.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that values learning, service, and community connection. Each day brings variety, with opportunities to work in classrooms, community settings, and outdoor environments. Flexible scheduling may be available depending on program needs. Responsibilities

Research & Evaluation

  • Assist in applied research projects

Program & Event Support

  • Help plan and organize Extension events

Education & Content Development

  • Write newsletters and fact sheets
