Entry-Level Quality Engineer

Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility is to provide quality control engineering support to the plant.
- Develop and /or revision of PPAP documentation.
- Supplier development activities (As needed).
- First point of contact for customers.
- Primary Corrective and Preventive Action generator.
- Develop and /or revise TS16949 procedures and work instructions for quality.
- Root Cause Analysis of quality issues.
- Any other responsibilities assign by the Quality Manager.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify issues and suggest effective solutions
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and inspection methods
- Excellent documentation skills for recording audit findings, inspection results, and corrective actions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn about quality systems management, project management practices, and industry standards
