Duration: 1 Day (Full Event Hours + Setup)
Compensation: $25–$50/hour (based on experience)
🔹 About the Role
- We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and reliable Executive Assistant / Booth Representative to support our team at the Massachusetts IT Leadership Forum. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, representing a brand, and creating a positive first impression in a fast-paced conference environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage a 6x6 booth space before and during the event
- Greet and engage conference attendees in a friendly, professional manner
- Initiate conversations and provide a brief overview of the company’s services
- Distribute promotional materials and giveaway items strategically
- Identify and qualify potential leads through basic conversations
- Collect and accurately record attendee information (name, company, contact details, interest level)
- Direct qualified prospects to senior leadership for deeper discussions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting booth presence throughout the event
- Provide a brief summary of key interactions and leads at the end of the event
🔹 Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative support, executive assistance, event staffing, or brand ambassador roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable approaching attendees
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic familiarity with business or IT services is a plus (not required)
