Position Summary

In this role your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with homeowners  generate interest in our products and services, and effectively communicate our value. You will be expected to identify potential customer needs, build rapport, and successfully set qualified appointments (“sits”) for our sales team, ensuring each opportunity is properly positioned for a successful in-home consultation. Representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude at all times

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Convert conversations into results by setting qualified appointments (“sits”) for the sales team. You will ensure each appointment is properly positioned with clear expectations to maximize close rates.
  • Territory Execution: Effectively work designated neighborhoods by following company strategies, maintaining consistent activity levels, and ensuring thorough coverage of assigned areas.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a direct representative of the company in the field by maintaining a professional appearance, strong communication, and a positive attitude that reflects our brand values.
  • Mandatory Meetings & Training: Attendance at all scheduled meetings, trainings is required as part of your role. These sessions are essential for performance development, communication of company updates, skill-building, and alignment on daily and weekly goals. You are expected to arrive on time, fully prepared, and actively participate in all discussions and training activities.
  • Performance Reviews: Your performance will be regularly reviewed based on hitting required numbers, tracking KPIs, and key metrics including lead generation, appointment setting, consistency, attendance, and field execution. These reviews are intended to provide feedback, recognize success, and support continued improvement and growth.
  • Community Events: You are responsible for being a part of community events, home shows, volunteer events, and neighborhood gatherings.
  • Self-Motivation & Work Ethic: You are expected to maintain a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and consistent self-driven effort in the field each day.
