About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web & Analytics Developer based in Las Vegas, NV. The position focuses on supporting business operations through data analysis, reporting, forecasting, inventory tracking, website development, and e-commerce content creation. The ideal candidate will develop actionable insights from data, maintain Excel-based reporting systems, and support inventory and sales forecasting. Responsibilities will also include managing and updating the company WordPress website, improving UI/UX, and building high-volume product listings across eBay, Amazon, and the company online store. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency in content creation at scale, and the ability to ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple digital platforms and business systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, and manage high-quality product listings across eBay, Amazon, and the company online store, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong visual presentation
  • Develop compelling sales pages with optimized titles, descriptions, keywords, and formatting to improve search visibility and conversion rates
  • Build and upload listings in high volume while maintaining efficiency, organization, and brand standards across all e-commerce platforms
  • Maintain and update Excel dashboards for reporting, tracking, and monitoring key metrics
  • Support forecasting efforts for sales, demand, and inventory planning
  • Assist with inventory tracking, organization, and data accuracy
  • Develop reports and visual summaries to support business decisions
  • Build, update, and maintain company web pages using WordPress and front-end tools
  • Design and implement responsive website layouts for desktop and mobile users
  • Improve website UI/UX to enhance navigation, usability, and overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain landing pages for products, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Optimize website performance, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness
  • Troubleshoot basic website issues and perform routine maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve data systems and reporting processes

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Web Development, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, reporting)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon Seller Central, or similar online marketplaces
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across large volumes of data and product listings
  • Ability to create, format, and manage product listings and sales pages efficiently at scale
  • Experience or familiarity with WordPress website management
  • Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and forecasting concepts
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to organize and interpret large sets of data
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and ability to work independently onsite

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Experience building dashboards or data visualization tools (Excel)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with inventory management systems or e-commerce platforms
