eCommerce Intern (Summer Internship)

About the Opportunity
Liberty Furniture Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical eCommerce Intern to support our growing digital and marketplace operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in online merchandising, product content management, and marketplace optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with managing and researching Wayfair disputes, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Support new product uploads across eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Help organize and upload kit secondary images to enhance product listings
- Conduct Marketplace PDP (Product Detail Page) content audits, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies
- Assist with ongoing content updates and optimization across digital marketplaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams
- Provide general administrative and project support for eCommerce initiatives
What You’ll Gain

What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data
- Interest in online retail, digital merchandising, or marketplace operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
