Marketing Director

Marketing Director – Full-Time Position

Job Summary: The Marketing Director plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s brokerage and business development efforts. This full-time position, based in our Castle Rock office, will lead the execution and refinement of NavPoint’s marketing initiatives under general supervision.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of professional experience and combines creative ability with strong analytical thinking. This role requires comfort with technology and AI tools, an interest in commercial real estate, and a proactive approach to utilizing marketing as a productivity engine for brokers and the firm. The position is fast-paced and execution-focused, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and manage vendors responsible for property photography, signage, and other marketing deliverables
  • Quarterback and refine automation for database updates, email blasts, monthly newsletters, sold/leased announcements, distribution of press releases and testimonials, and other tasks, as assigned
  • Execute on article posts, property memorandums and brochures, broker videos, market knowledge pieces, and social media posts, managing contractors as needed
  • Design print media, website and print materials for marketing campaigns, swag and gift orders for clients and events, invitations, logos and other creative content
  • Establish recommendations and strategic priorities for SEO, social media and paid advertising, analyzing ongoing spend and performance in concert with third-party vendor
  • Structure SOPs for marketing deals, by type of listing, sector, geographic location, etc.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with minimum of 1 year of experience in office setting, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency with design tools including InDesign and Canva, project management tools like Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Chat GPT and other AI tools, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Interest in marketing analytics, business strategy, and commercial real estate
  • Ability to prioritize projects, manage vendors, and communicate clearly and concisely
  • Self-starter who can think strategically, take a proactive approach, question assumptions and focus on results
  • Denver metro-based, full-time employee in Castle Rock office
