Title: Secondary ELA Teacher (Grades 6–12) – San Luis, Colorado
Description:
We’re looking for a secondary ELA teacher who wants to be part of something meaningful—not just teach in isolation.
Our school is a small, rural K–12 campus in southern Colorado where relationships matter, students are known by name, and the school is truly the center of the community.
This role includes working with middle and/or high school students depending on experience and fit. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your classroom, build strong relationships, and make a real impact on students’ growth as readers, writers, and thinkers.
What this role looks like:
- Teach secondary ELA (grades 6–12, flexible based on experience)
- Build a strong, structured classroom culture
- Help students develop reading, writing, and critical thinking skills
- Collaborate with a small, supportive staff
- Opportunity to coach or lead extracurriculars if interested

Qualifications:
- Colorado teaching license (or ability to obtain)
